【The English version is provided below】関西大学は、文部科学省「ソーシャルインパクト創出のための多文化共修キャンパス形成支援事業」に採択された Osaka Social Impact Project（OSIP） の一環として、「OSIP グローバル人材× 越境教育フォーラム2025」 を開催します。

本フォーラムでは、日印特別戦略的グローバル・パートナーシップの深化を背景に、インドを重点対象国として、日本の大学・産業界・行政が連携しながら、優秀なグローバル人材の獲得・育成・定着をいかに実現していくかを議論します。

少子高齢化が進む日本、とりわけ大阪にとって、インド人材は今後の社会・産業を支える重要なパートナーであり、本フォーラムはその具体的な道筋を示す場となります。

当日は、国・自治体・大学・企業関係者によるパネルセッションに加え、インド人留学生を交えた交流セッション、約3,000名規模の学生マッピング調査に基づく最新データの共有などを通じて、教育・研究・人材・産業を横断した越境的連携の可能性を探ります。

本フォーラムは、**対面開催・参加費無料（事前登録制）**で実施し、日英翻訳（AI翻訳）にも対応します。

Kansai University will host the “OSIP Global Talent & Cross-Border Education Forum 2025” as part of the Osaka Social Impact Project (OSIP), which has been selected for support under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) initiative “Building Multicultural Co-Learning Campuses for Social Impact.”

Against the backdrop of the deepening India–Japan Special Strategic and Global Partnership, this forum will focus on India as a priority partner country and explore how Japanese universities, industry, and government can collaborate to attract, develop, and retain outstanding global talent. For Japan—particularly the Osaka region—facing rapid demographic decline, Indian talent represents a vital partner in sustaining future social and industrial growth. The forum aims to present concrete pathways toward this shared future.

The program will feature panel sessions with representatives from government, local authorities, universities, and industry, as well as interactive sessions involving Indian international students. Participants will also gain insights from the latest findings of a large-scale mapping study of approximately 3,000 Indian students, highlighting emerging opportunities for cross-border collaboration across education, research, talent development, and industry.
The forum will be held in person, with free admission (advance registration required), and will offer Japanese–English AI-supported translation.
We warmly welcome participants from universities, industry, government, and all those with an interest in international education and global talent policy.
